We love 30A over Thanksgiving (our favorite time of year to be there). We especially love to stay in Seacrest Beach and have stayed in different houses. Of all of the houses, this was our favorite because of the amazing gathering spaces in the house for family members! We will definitely return again.

I rented this home for my extended family during our daughter’s wedding. They absolutely loved it! We had so much space and everything was very clean and convenient. The process to reserve the home is easy and the owners seem to be very conscientious and accommodating. Would definitely book this location again.

The only problem we had was Michael! Unfortunately our trip was cut way too short because of the hurricane. We actually got to meet Wendy and Tom the day we checked in and they are lovely people! We feel in love with Cloud Nine equipped with all the bells and whistles, great location, tram stop right outside our door and not far from the incredible pool! We were so sad to leave and will definitely go back another time.

My husband and I rented Wendy’s home for a last minute work trip. She was so easy to work with booking last minute. Their home is beautifully decorated with small touches that make you know they thought about the little details renters might like. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, bikes etc you can borrow. The community pool is large and easy to access. The tram has a pickup outside the house and is easy to use. We rent homes often and this one was special.

We had a group of 13 adults stay for a 40th birthday surprise trip. Everyone absolutely loved the property. We fit in the house comfortably, and enjoyed having multiple socializing areas. The beach is easily accessible and was amazing. The pool is beautiful and so close to the property, but we didn’t want want to leave the beach!! Restaurants and shopping near by, and a Publix not too far away, this place has it all! We all said we would come back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Cloud 9 was everything I had hoped for and more in a family vacation home! The bedroom layout was well thought out and the bunk room was perfect for our twin granddaughters. The kitchen was well equipped and 3rd floor deck was amazing for grilling and dining. The home was clean and spacious and although it was a longer walk to the beach than I would have liked, the beach tram was easily accessible. As an HGTV fan I noticed so many details in the decor that helped to make the house feel homey and welcoming. Wendy quickly replied when I had questions about catering services available in the area. I will certainly be recommending Cloud 9 to family and friends.

Exquisite! Heavenly Beach 5BR 4.5BA
Opened August 1, 2016, Cloud Nine is a 2900 sq. ft. newly constructed home on a corner lot, featuring 1200 sq. ft. of additional outdoor living space. The third floor outdoor kitchen and dining/living space is one of the largest in Seacrest Beach at 500 sq. ft., with a beautiful view down palm-lined Seacrest Beach Boulevard.
Cloud Nine is a professionally decorated, three story home perfect for a three family rental. It sleeps and feeds 16 comfortably. With a first floor living room, third floor recreation room, and the third floor outdoor living area, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Large flat screen 4K UHD wall-mounted TVs are in the living room, recreation room, and third floor outdoor living area. All five bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted 32” HD Smart TVs.
The fully equipped kitchen features sequoia quartzite counters. Stainless steel Kitchen-Aid appliances include an oversized French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, down-draft gas range, built-in microwave and a 50 lb./day icemaker to get the coolers ready for the beach! Table linens, dishes, utensils, and glassware for 16 are provided. The dining room table seats 8, with room for 4 at the island, and 4 more on the front porch. Of course all of the small appliances needed are provided as well: a 4 slice toaster, coffee maker, mixer, and heavy duty blender!
A full sized washer and dryer are located in the first floor laundry closet. The rear entry of the home (closest to pool and beach), features a cubbie storage area for your beach bags and shoes. We have provided 8 beach towels for your use. In the outdoor storage, you will find a wagon, small cooler, beach toys, six beach chairs, and an umbrella. The outdoor shower is conveniently located next to the outdoor storage to rinse the sand off of everything, and everyone.
The first of five bedrooms is located at the front of the house, across the foyer from the powder room. This bedroom features a custom queen bed, walk-in closet, and on-suite bathroom that is handicap friendly. The walk-in shower features a Delta massage shower head and a separate hand-held shower.
You will find three bedrooms on the second floor, all arranged for maximum privacy. At the top of the stairs, the bunk room is straight ahead. It features two sets of custom built twin-over-full bunk beds to sleep six. There are four under-bed storage areas and a chest of drawers for clothing.
Down the hall to the left is a beautiful queen bedroom with seating area, walk-in closet and access to the second floor wrap-around porch. This bedroom is a serene, light filled nautical hideaway.
As you come up the stairs on the second floor, there is a common bath that serves the bunk room and second floor queen bedroom. This spacious bath features a tub/shower combo perfect for bathing the little ones. The vanity features two sinks and ample under counter storage.
At the end of the hall on the second floor is the master bedroom. This oasis features a king sized bed, walk-in closet, ample seating area, luxurious master bath, and access to the second floor wrap-around porch. Make a fresh cup of coffee in the Keurig located on the second floor stair landing and sneak onto the porch to watch the sunrise! The master bath features a Carrera marble walk-in shower with a Delta massage shower head and hand-held shower as well. The Cambria vanity features two vessel sinks, and the deep soaking tub is perfect for unwinding after playing with the kids on the beach all day.
Moving to the third floor, you will find the fifth bedroom. It has two queen beds, a walk-in closet and a Juliet balcony with beautiful views of the nature preserve behind Seacrest Beach.
The fourth full bath is located on the third floor. This bath has a large walk-in shower with cabana stripe tile, and a beautiful dual sink shadow storm quartz vanity.
The recreation room on the third floor features a custom sectional and two ottomans. The 50” 4K UHD flat screen TV is connected to an Xbox 360 for gaming. We have a Keurig in the rec room, so those sleeping on the third floor can enjoy their morning coffee on the third floor outdoor living area. There is also a beverage fridge in the rec room for the later-in-the-day drinks!
The spacious outdoor kitchen and dining/living area is one of the largest in Seacrest Beach. The kitchen area has an outdoor fridge, natural gas grill, sink, and storage for grilling utensils and towels. There is a second set of outdoor table linens, dishes, drinkware, and utensils stored in the rec room cabinets. The dining table seats 16! Perfect for large family gatherings at the end of the day. The living area is anchored by a custom sectional with ample seating and a 55” 4K UHD TV.
Cloud Nine is only two blocks from the resort style 12,000 square foot Seacrest Lagoon Pool. Complete with waterfalls, fountains and two bath houses, this is the largest pool in northern Florida. In addition to the amazing pool and sugar-sand beach, the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach, and the Villages of South Walton are a short walk away. You can rent bikes, shop, grab a cup of coffee, or an afternoon cocktail, and get ice cream for the kids. You will want to be sure to visit Charlie’s Donut Truck in nearby Alys Beach at least one morning. Get there early, as the gourmet donuts sell out quickly! The kids always enjoy a trip or two to the Sugar Shack for candy as well. Seacrest Sundries is a quaint general store and café that has just about anything you need in a pinch. There are multiple award-winning restaurants within walking distance, including La Cocina Mexican, La Crema Tapas & Chocolat, and the Cowgirl Kitchen. During spring and summer evenings, the Villages of South Walton feature live outdoor entertainment.
