Azure 120 is a ground floor unit with partial gulf views, a large balcony, and private stairs leading to a grassy area and the beach. You do not have to walk through the condo or go down elevators to go to the beach. Unique for a condo.

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen 43" TV, and private bathroom with a whirlpool soaking tub. A second bedroom which includes two full size beds and a 43" smart TV/DVD player. A third bedroom has twin size bunks beds and a flat screen TV/DVD player. The living area has a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa, 65" smart TV, DVD player, and 10 ft sliding glass doors that lead to the expansive patio. The dining area includes a full sized table and seating for six. A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals. A laundry room with a large capacity side-by-side washer and dryer.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Smoking Prohibited except as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Smoking or vaping of any kind shall be prohibited on unit balconies and in the common elements with the exception of areas of the common elements specifically designated by the Board of Directors.

Guests are not permitted to have anything on the walkways, in front of stairwells, or at the entrance to the units. This includes beach chairs, toys, buggies, strollers, supplies, etc. This prohibition is in compliance with the fire code/insurance requirements and is for everyone’s protection.
