​A Few Words about Us: Our family has been avid visitors of the Florida 30A area for over 20 years. We have owned homes in Rosemary Beach, FL. and Seacrest, FL. My wife and I are from Tulsa and the Oklahoma City, OK area and currently reside in Edmond, Oklahoma. We were married in 2019 just below the green space, on the beach at Rosemary Beach, FL just down the road. We purchased our first beach home together in Santa Rosa Beach in 2023 and plan to retire there part time in the next few years. In 2019 we started a vacation rental business, Grand Life Vacation Rentals, LLC. (GLVR) by renting two of our homes on a premier lake in Oklahoma. GLVR has evolved into managing properties for other homeowners and has now grown to manage a portfolio of 16 properties! Our goal is to offer the nicest rental homes available and to provide the same experiences that our friends and family enjoy while providing outstanding customer service!
