We have been staying in Jeff’s condo from the time he purchased it, usually twice a year. We absolutely fell in love with it from day one. If there is ever an issue, Jeff responds very quickly and takes care of things. He contacted us on our most recent stay and informed us that housekeeping said the dryer wasn’t working. He contacted a repair person and called to ask if it would be okay for them to enter the condo and take a look at it. Having our 2 granddaughters there during our stay, we were hoping it was a simple fix. Before the first day of our stay was over, he had a repair person scheduled for us! He keeps you updated on any and every issue if there are any. He will even reach out to you “after hours”. Jeff is always just a call/text away! Jeff has given you every item you could think of, to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable! He also provides the service for two free beach chairs for you to enjoy during your stay, and not all condo owners provide that! He is such a pleasure to work with! The condo was perfect for our 3 month stay! It was beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. Bedroom was spacious and the 2 large bathrooms were a plus! We had a minor issue during our stay and Jeff responded to our call immediately and had the problem fixed. Our children and grandchildren came and we utilized the bunk beds and the pull out sofa. They loved it. Nice spacious balcony with table for dining or chairs to lounge and watch the dolphins! Pool and play area was amazing for the kids. Beach chair service in March was perfect. Splash condo employees were very courteous and took pride in their jobs. It was a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Jeff.

This condo is very simply , yet elegantly decorated! Meaning, it is absolutely gorgeous with little to worry about young children to get into anything and have to pay to replace it. There is safety locks on the balcony door to keep little ones inside. The beach chairs are included, just make sure you go out early to reserve your chairs! We are referring others to book this room! Mr. Lee is easy to rent from and was available to answer questions and be of assistance. Will definitely rent again!

We have stayed in Jeff’s home, as some of his first guests and he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Jeff is a pleasure to work with and is available day or night! His home has everything you could possibly need or want, during your stay! Everything from kitchen shears to dryer sheets, to sand toys to beach chairs! There was nothing that we needed, that he had not provided! I can assure you, once you stay at Splash and give Jeff a call, you will not be disappointed!! Splash has two areas for the children, as well as several pools, a lazy river and a wonderful pool side Riptide grill!! This is our absolute favorite!

We just returned from a week in 1003e but wished we could have stayed much longer! We have stayed in several rooms at the Splash over the years but this room is now our new favorite! The room is beautiful and fully stocked with appliances. There is plenty of sitting room for everyone in the dining room area as well as on the balcony. Jeff if very easy to work with and we look forward to our next trip back!

This was not our first time staying in Jeff’s beautiful condo!! He is the absolute best and we couldn’t have asked for anything more!! His home has everything you could possibly need and it is beautifully decorated!! Jeff has made sure you have what you need to enjoy your stay! The added beach chairs are such a wonderful bonus!! The only issue we had was with the cleaning service but that in NO WAY reflects on Jeff!! He contacted us immediately when we informed him of the issue but that had nothing to do with Jeff directly!! We LOVED staying in Jeff’s condo and will definitely return…probably Labor Day weekend! ??

We have been wanting to stay at Splash for a long time, and was never able to secure the dates/budget. We finally found a Jeff who was more than accommodating with our stay. We had a line of bad weather and was afraid we wouldn’t have much sunny beach days. We spoke with Jeff & decided to stay an extra day at the last minute with no issues! The condo was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms had a tub, which is convenient with a small baby, we can’t say enough good things about this location and the owner. We will definitely be back!

I accidentally came across Jeff's ad for 1003E at Splash for snowbirds. We booked it and were not sorry. The condo was so clean, nicely decorated, had all new appliances, and an uninterrupted view of the ocean. The king-size bed was so comfortable. In other words, the condo was perfect. We had a few little problems during our 2-1/2 months (door code, burned out light and lock on balcony slider) and Jeff took care of everything immediately. We have rented many houses and condos over the years, but I can honestly say Jeff was the easiest and best owner to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Our first time staying at Splash and booking through a private owner. Jeff was very accessible, reliable and easy to book through. Parking is garaged with three levels on the north side of Front Beach Road with an enclosed overpass connects the parking garage to the condominium side lobby. Once you locate a luggage cart, the elevators are conveniently located near a common area. The elevators can take 10 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day. The condo is very spacious for a family of 4 or 5 with children 12 and under. The master bed was comfy and the bathroom was large. My 2 year old loved the large bathtub. My 7 and 10 year old loved the bunk beds and the ability to play on there switches on the balcony. The balcony had beautiful beach views, however the furniture could be updated. The kitchen, dining and living room was very usable for all of are needs. The dishwasher took a couple of cycles to work, but once we place on HOT, it worked just fine. The ice maker didn't work as it appeared to be stuck full of ice. The fridge door needed a heavy push to close. With the smaller kids, it would seem closed, but it wouldn't be. Other then those minor details, we completely love our condo. The close access to the beach and splash pad is a bonus. We loved our time and hope to visit again.

We've had issues with the icemaker, as folks would use the temperature panel on the front of the fridge to increase the temperature, which would freeze the water lines and prevent the icemaker from working. We are asking guests to leave the panel alone, and may have to get a new fridge if problems persist. I would highly recommend Splash resort for any family vacation with toddlers all the way up to teenagers. I would also strongly suggest that you book this room with Jeff if you can. From the very beginning, he was very responsive and accommodating to the guest experience. He is available if anything is needed during your stay and his condo is beautiful and was very comfortable for our family of four. The resort offers so much for kids of all ages as well. The crab hunting on the beach at night was a blast and you are only minutes away from so many other things to do in the area. We could see dolphins and turtles every morning from the balcony as well. **One tip when staying: Avoid shopping at the Publix up the road. Walmart and Target are only 6 minutes further away and you will save a lot of money. My first night I spent $183 for about $80 worth of groceries at Walmart or Target. I did not know where the Target and Walmart were at and had to get groceries back to the room. Instant regret when I found both stores the next day. We will definitely be booking with Jeff again in the future!

Jeff was very responsive to my many emails and calls. He answered every question I had and even sent us tips which I thought was very nice of him. As soon as we got to the Condo we were blown away! The room has a large entry way ( where we kept the toys and floats so they did not drag sand through out the condo). The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the attached bath is huge! The bunk beds were bigger than we were expecting. Jeff has thought of everything! if you need it chances are its already there! There were plenty of places to sit for the 6 of us. The balcony was Amazing! If we were in the room the kids were on the balcony. The sliding door does have a child lock on it which made it easier for me to sleep knowing my kiddos could not get out until I unlocked it. Splash is a fairly large Condo and we were surprised that it never got too crowded for us especially during memorial day weekend. There are 2 good size pools, the hot tub and the splash pad for older kids and smaller ones, and the lazy river. We had a blast and cannot wait to stay again! TIP: try to avoid the elevators during the check in (4 ish) and check out ( 9 to 10). It can take a while to get on/off if not.

The condo was clean, the master bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The condo had all the kitchen items you need. The chair rentals being included were a major plus. Get down there early and book your chair for your whole stay. Jeff was so easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The pools were nice. This would be a great place for smaller kids under 10 as that is mainly the age group that we saw around the pool.

This condo was perfect! We were so comfortable and it was well stocked for our stay. Jeff, was always quick to answer any questions we had and he was an absolute delight. The condo was clean and smelled fresh upon our arrival. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The chairs were great with the room. Like others mentioned, get your chairs as early as you can. The amenities on resort property were great too. I highly recommend the pool side grill and bar. Our entire family loved every minute. We were ALL sad to leave. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this condo and it's beautiful furnishings, along with it's attentive owner. 10 out of 10.

We know its tough to get away for a whole week, so for Spring and Summer, we're providing 3 night rentals for those that are looking to get away for a few days to relax and enjoy the beach!
Welcome to Splash 1003E! This is a newly decorated 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front unit in the mid stack at Splash. So its not too high, but provides for fantastic gulf front views all the way to Panama City Beach and the Pier on the East to Destin on the West. The master bedroom provides for a king bed with new bedding, and along with the decorated accent wall, will provide for a peaceful, relaxing sleep. The built-in full size twin bunkbeds are great for the kids, and a brand new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep 6. The living room has a ship lap accent wall, with a 55" Flat Screen TV with a Smart WiFi Enabled Blu Ray Player for your favorite movies, or use to access your subscription to Netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube, or other content. There is new patio furniture to enjoy gulf front views with your favorite beverage to watch the dolphins play in the morning and beautiful sunsets at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, has all brand new Stainless Steel appliances installed. There's also a washer/dryer if needed. Your condo will have everything you need for the best family beach vacation, including a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and dining table with seating for two and a relaxing living area all can enjoy.
Kids of every age will be busy all day with the theme park amenities at the Splash Resort! Float down the beachfront lazy river, swim in the indoor and outdoor pools, and play with the many interactive features including an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every minute, water slides, water cannons, and a splash pad. There's also an adults-only pool and hot tub within view of the kids play area including its own lazy river as well as a poolside bar. The adults will appreciate the state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and gulf. You can't forget the 400 feet of white sand beaches and beautiful gulf waters at Splash. This condo includes beach service with 2 beach chairs and umbrella in season (March 1 to October) which is a $230 value! This condo is located on the quite west end of PCB, it's less than 2.5 miles from Pier Park where all the action is! Enjoy the many restaurants such as Margaritaville, Dave & Busters, Bufallo Wild Wings, Back Porch Seafood, Longhorn Steakhouse, Pompano Joe's and many others. Go to the movies at the IMAX 16 Pier Park Theater, ride the rides, or play lazer tag or mirror maze, as well as enjoy the hundreds of shops and stores. There's also the many activities in PCB, including boat rentals, putt putt golf, helicopter rides and great restaurants and shopping.
Going West , there's the 30A corridor with Rosemary Beach, Seaside and the many coastal lakes and state parks to enjoy and beyond that Destin and all that is offered there.

Parking Notes: The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. Please keep in mind that the parking garage maximum vehicle height is seven feet and there is no guaranteed on-site parking for oversized vehicles. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will need to park in another spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. At the Splash gift shop on the skybridge, you will be required to pay a $25.00 Registration Fee to receive your parking passes and resort amenity wristbands. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.Information on cleaning: We all know cleanliness and sanitizing is important. That's why our cleaning crew is the best in cleaning the entire condo between each stay. All the bedding is washed in high temperature for cleanliness and all common use areas - such as countertops, door knobs, sink faucets, handles, etc. are sanitized as well.
