The best place ever - my fur baby loved the balcony and I felt so safe with him out there and the dog bowls and doggy bed such a nice touch - the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need - plenty linens and beach towels - great to have a parking space under building and not hunt for one - so close to elevator - but the view from the balcony was out of this world fantastic - look forward to coming again

Hands down the best room we've stayed in ever. We will definitely be booking our stay for next year. I cant say enough good things about this condo or its owner. Olivia was wonderful to rent from. The room had everything we needed. I honestly felt we couldve just packed our clothes and toiletries and thats all we would've needed because she had everything else. Literally.. Thank you for an awesome stay at your beautiful condo!

We vacationed at Olivia's Condo in April 2018. We loved the large balcony with tall deck chairs. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the ocean views. We enjoyed the second bedroom with 2 comfortable beds and the master was very comfortable as well. The large refrigerator provided plenty of room for drinks and food. It was nice. Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. We appreciated the beach towels provided for guests. The use of nice beach chairs and beach supplies was an added bonus. We had beautiful weather, great fun and enjoyed the location and atmosphere at this nice Condo. Hoping to visit Olivia's Condo in the future!

This was my first trip to Panama Beach and boy was I pleasantly surprised! I loved it. Olivia was very nice to work with, she quickly answered any questions I had. The condo is very clean and well stocked with upscale towels, linens, TVs etc! The balcony is very large with nice furniture. I was surprised by how close the beach really is, The pictures just don't do it justice. I also loved the security of the complex and the beautiful grounds! The beach is clean with fluffy white sand! I would come back to this condo in heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. There is no way you would be disappointed renting this condo!

"This was our first time to PCB and we just loved it. The condo was fantastic!! Everything from the balcony view of the ocean, the tile floors, the comfy bed, and the loaded kitchen. There's so much to do in PCB. We spent numerous hours on the beach, spent a day at pier park, and ate at lots of great restaurants. Some of our favs were Dees hangout, Angelos steak pit, pineapple willys, schooners, and a great lil place directly across the street, Finns. We walked over there twice for lunch and it's fantastic. We were fortunate to bring our two lil yorkies and the pet area just outside the condo was nice. Even had disposal containers so that the area stays nice and clean. Mrs Olivia is a sweetheart and great to work with. She made everything a breeze and we were so impressed with her and her vacation home we have already booked it for vacation next year. One last thing we were impressed with was the Dunes of Panama grounds crew. Every morning they were out washing the pool patios, cleaning the pool furniture, emptying trash containers, cleaning up the grills all located around the pools, and they rake the beach with large equipment daily keeping the beaches clean and smooth. "We loved our one week visit last year (please see review “Awesome Vacation”) so much, that we returned for a two week visit this time. And we have already booked our third visit for this fall. This condo is roomy, super clean and equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Great new improvements since our last visit include an overhead fan in the living room and new tile floors in the bedrooms and on the balcony. The view from the balcony is stunning and we enjoyed many hours sitting out there in the tall chairs. We appreciate the mesh netting covering the balcony rails. We didn’t have to worry about our dog sticking her head through the rails and getting stuck. The complex and PCB area are very pet friendly. During this trip, we were able to take our dog out to dinner at the Hofbrau Beer Garden, Pineapple Willeys, Hook’d, Salty Sue’s and Boshamps Oyster House in Destin. There is a pet friendly beach by Pier Park and we went there several times. Our favorite place to walk the dog is Conservation Park. The park has beautiful trails and there is no admission charge. The owner, Olivia, is wonderful and so easy to deal with. After both stays, our deposit was promptly refunded, which is appreciated. We feel very fortunate that we are able to vacation in such a lovely condo. Thank you, Olivia! We are already looking forward to returning this fall!"  Copied by Owner
