Welcome to the sugar white beaches of Gulf Shores! This duplex offers great amenities while still maintaining the peace and quiet of a “non-condo” unit. There are two beach access points within walking distance, waterfront views of the lagoon, two pools (adult pool heated in spring and fall), hot tub, dock, gazebo and privacy. Free parking for 5 vehicles.

This very spacious unit is 2250 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is decorated in a Key West cottage beach feel with vintage wood floors, open concept, and 10 feet ceilings . It features 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms, a full kitchen, three balconies with water views, 75 inch TV in the main room, TVs in all of the bedrooms, leather furniture and laundry.  The unit is a block over from two beach access points. One of the access points has a life guard, shower, a boardwalk and free public parking, so you don’t even have to walk far. It is two miles from the main beach or The Hangout. New sidewalks make it a great place to walk in the evening or ride your bike. In addition to the beach, the unit is located on The Lagoon for great waterfront views and more water activities. There is a long pier that ends at a gazebo on the lagoon. Bring your fishing pole, catch some fish, clean them at the fish cleaning area provided on the pier and cook them in the covered grill area. In the lagoon, you can kayak or paddle board (rent or bring your own), boat and play at all of your water sports like tubing or wake boarding. The pass that takes you from the lagoon to the gulf is less than a mile away.

The pools make this one of the most unique units on the beach. You are sharing an adult pool, children’s pool and hot tub with only 8 units. Very few condos even have a separate children’s pool and very few houses have a pool and hot tub. Loungers, chairs and tables provided. The adult pool is heated in the spring and fall.

ABOUT THE ACTUAL UNIT:

•  Main room has a 75" TV, a leather couch, Three accent chairs It is comfortably decorated with beach touches. Enjoy views of the lagoon from the main room or use the patio furniture.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig machine, toaster, refrigerator, and stocked cabinets with everything you need. The dinette and countertop seat 10.
•  First master suite features a king size bed, 50" TV, walk in closet, and a private bath with two sinks and a walk in shower.
•  Second master suite features a king bed, futon that sleeps 2, walk in closet, private bath, TV and has its own private balcony with patio furniture.
• Third bedroom features a queen size bed, TV and a balcony that faces the gulf.
• Forth bedroom is an open bunk room that features a double bunk bed, a twin bed and a TV so you can bring your gaming system.
• Full bath with a tub.
• Laundry room
• Covered BBQ grill area
• Smart lock provides you with a unique code, so previous guests cannot copy the key and gain access. It also means you will not loose the key at the beach and you don’t have to keep the same schedule as others in your party. Everyone can come and go on as they please.
• There is free parking for 5 vehicles under the unit.

This is one of the best values in Gulf Shores for large parties to enjoy the beach and stay in one place. I live in the county and am able to ensure the unit is well maintained and I respond to any questions or concerns usually within the hour.
