This is a beautiful condo. The decor is amazing yet it is still comfortable. There is a large area with seating to enjoy the outdoor patio/balcony and there is ample seating at the table or bar top for dinner. The master suite is beautiful with an ocean view as well. Two of the three rooms have a private in-room bathroom & the third bedroom has a bathroom right across the hall from it. It is a corner unit and has only one floor above it. The beds were very soft & comfortable and the host was very attentive. Very elegant & stylish unit and would definitely return.

Walking distance to the beach, pool at the resort was great, shuttle service to Baytowne for some nightlife activities and a wonderful place to call home for a few days.

The condo was absolutely beautiful with stunning views. On our last night we got to stand out on the balcony and have front-row seats to the beautiful Baytowne Wharf fireworks display. Thank you for lending your home to us. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed with a family of 7, 5 adults and two children. The condo was beautiful and well-equipped for our stay. Comfortable beds, great showers, and an excellent kitchen setup. The property was beautiful with breathtaking views, a wonderful pool, and a very short walk to the beach. Activities for all ages and great options for dining. Highly recommend this unit and location.

We had a great time in this penthouse condo. The communication and check in process was the best I have had at a VRBO. Everything was exactly as described and any question I thought I may have was answered in the initial email with check in directions. The pool was heated and the short walk to the beach was a plus. This is a must stay for anyone needing a spacious 3 bedroom condo when visiting Destin!!

My husband and I just spent 6 weeks at this beautiful penthouse. We wanted to escape the Chicago winter. This was our first time visiting Sandestin. From the minute that we entered this immaculate penthouse, we were in awe at the views that go on forever and the beauty of this home. Loved waking up each morning to the beautiful sunrises to start our day. Loved the coffee bar! The beds are so comfortable and we always had a good nights sleep. The pictures do not do this home justice. Beautifully decorated with high-end appliances. The 3 bedrooms all have king size beds with their own bathroom. All rooms have views that are incredible. This penthouse is a true GEM! The walk to the beach is easy. A beautiful beach with emerald water. My husband was able to fish right off the beach. We met a group of people that the husbands loved to fish too. We were able to have a couple of fish fry’s with our new friends. The fish was delicious. Everyone was so friendly! We even saw dolphins and stingrays. The market shops are also not too far to walk. Parlor Donuts is a must, very yummy! We walked to Baytowne Wharf many times. There are many cute shops and restaurants. You can use the tram passes, but we preferred to walk. Grand Boulevard is the center of the resort with many shops and restaurants too. We also hiked the state parks nearby. Very easy to hike and they also had very clean restrooms too! We had a wonder trip, and look forward to visiting again. 💗

The listing matched what you will see in person. Plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. Walk to the beach was quick and easy and in warmer temperatures the pool area would be wonderful to hang out in. Will definitely be visiting again in the future. The only recommendation would be to put a little binder together of area attractions, restaurants (including favorite spots for various occasions), etc. In our travels around the country I have become spoiled with hosts having this available for their guests. Another idea would be to put a guest book/journal in the front hallway table to let guests right their favorite memories of their stay with you all. Not only would guests enjoy reading other's comments, but I would think it could bring joy to you as well over the years. These last 2 are just suggestions..... I will repeat, the condo is beautiful, Ami was a great hostess and we will be back!

Absolutely stunning condo with views of the Gulf and the bay. Smart floor plan allowed for comfortable sleeping arrangements as well as enough bathrooms for a family of 4. Easy walk to the beach! Would definitely rent this property again!

This listing is beautiful online and even more beautiful in person! Elevator access was quick and overall unit was very clean! Plenty of room for my family, me, husband and two girls (10,16). The views from the room were stunning! The beds were comfy and the linen was soft. The Access to pool was easy and the short walk to the beach wasn’t to bad. All in all we loved our stay here! We love Sandestin and would stay here again!

FLOORPLAN

Living Room
? The main living room is spacious and includes a wet bar, a dining area overlooking the gulf, a kitchen island with recently renovated quartz countertops, and all stainless-steel appliances. You will find the perfect retreat in the extended outdoor living space. This private balcony is perfect for watching the fireworks over the bay and enjoying the daily boat fleet. This is the perfect spot to capture the 180-degree view of the coast all the way to Panama City Beach and Choctawhatchee Bay.
Bedrooms
? This is the perfect condo for couples! What makes Deja Blue so special is the two master bedrooms. The primary master bedroom hosts a king-size bed, closet, an en-suite bathroom, and absolutely incredible views. Off of the kitchen, you will find another king bedroom with more stunning views. This bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. If you require a little extra privacy, the second master bedroom is a lockout suite with its own entrance, a king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, a desk, and a private kitchenette with quartz counters. It also includes a coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and large en-suite bathroom. This room also has a Sony 80" Smart TV with a Sony surround sound system and more incredible views.
Bathrooms
? All the bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with gorgeous modern large tiles, quartz countertops, and rainfall showerheads.
Additional Features
? Inside the unit, you'll find a brand-new LG washer and dryer. We have also included free tram passes to use within the resort. As our guests, you can access three unmarked parking spots in the gated parking garage for Luau guests only.
RESORT
? The Luau property offers many amazing amenities along the beachside private grounds, including a fitness room, a 4,000 square-foot lagoon-style pool with a swim-under waterfall, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, a tiki hut (open during the season), gas grills, and sun deck on the roof. Luau is located just 250 yards from the white sand beach along its private walkway, where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful day along the famous Emerald Coast.
The Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort features seven miles of beaches and bay fronts, a 226 slip marina, water sports, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a spa, and celebrity chef dining. The entire resort has walking and bike trails that take you through lush gardens, oak trees, beautifully manicured golf grounds, man-made lakes, lagoons, and other amazing areas. This is not an all-inclusive resort.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
? Please note that this is not a "party unit" and is limited to eight overnight guests. Pets, partying, and smoking are not allowed. This is a second home, so please treat it as such. The minimum age to rent is 25. You may ride on the tram with the provided tram passes, rent bicycles, walk, or drive your car. GUEST ACCESS
? You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
? Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
GOLF CART
? This condo does not come with a golf cart. Please note: Outside golf cart/scooter rentals are not allowed in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort.
TRAM SERVICE
? Sandollar Tram Service runs throughout the resort. As our guests, you will have access to catch the tram to the beach or several locations on the bayside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort like Baytown Wharf.
Wi-Fi
? Our property provides secure Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
? Upon arrival, you will pick up parking passes from the guard gate. There is no additional cost associated with the parking passes. Parking is available in the covered garage but please note it is first come, first serve.
BEACH SERVICE
? Our condo is located on the beachside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. We do not provide beach chairs, toys, or umbrellas in the unit. You can rent a beach chair set up with the beach attendant. More details will be in the House Manual after booking.
POOLS/HOT TUB
? Lucky you! As our guest, the Luau community offers you access to a 4000 square-foot lagoon-style pool with a swim-under waterfall, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
? Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras and patrol security. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
? Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
HOME AWAY FROM HOME
? Because this is our “home-away-from-home,” we furnish it as we would our home (because it is). Additional amenities include free, secure WIFI; Smart TVs with cable in every bedroom and living room; full-size washer & dryer; a fully-stocked kitchen with everything for gourmet cooks, dishes, silverware, and glassware, serving dishes, pots and pans, casserole and baking dishes, blender, crock pot, and more. The Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.
BOOKING
? You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
? Check-in any time after 4 p.m. CST. Check-out is any time before 10 a.m. CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
? We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 p.m. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
SMOKING
? NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
? Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
